• When you book: first name, surname, email address, phone number, country, any message you send us, and the details of your stay (dates, number of anglers, guiding, options, amounts).
• When you pay: payments, by card or bank transfer, are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the status and amount of the payment and, for a bank transfer, the payer's name and the reference.
• When you write to us (email, WhatsApp, phone): your contact details and the content of your messages.
• During your visit, and only if you agree: browsing data (pages viewed, referrer, device) collected by audience measurement and advertising cookies (see “Cookies”).
• During your visit, without cookies: an anonymous count of page views (page, referrer, country, device type), which cannot be used to identify you.

• Processing your booking, welcoming you and organising your stay (performance of the contract).
• Collecting the deposit and the balance, issuing invoices and keeping them (performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations).
• Preventing payment fraud and keeping the website secure (legitimate interest).
• Counting visits anonymously, without cookies, to find out which pages are read (legitimate interest).
• Measuring website traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We never sell your data. Only Alban Regnoult and, where needed for your stay, the Lappland Pro Natur guides have access to it. We also use technical service providers, who process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): card and bank transfer payments.
• Supabase (servers in Ireland): booking database.
• Vercel Inc. (United States, servers in Ireland): website hosting and anonymous visit counting, without cookies.
• An email delivery service, for booking confirmations.
• Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Meta pixel), only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

Some of these providers are US companies or use subcontractors in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Bookings and invoices: 7 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen).
• Booking requests not completed (payment abandoned or declined): 12 months.
• Email or WhatsApp exchanges without a booking: 3 years after the last contact.
• Audience measurement and advertising cookies: 13 months at most; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.

The website works without cookies. Only with your consent do we set:

• Audience measurement: Google Analytics (_ga cookies), to find out which pages are viewed and where visitors come from.
• Advertising: Meta pixel (_fbp cookie), to measure bookings resulting from our Facebook and Instagram adverts.

At any time, you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, object to its processing, request a copy in a commonly used format, and withdraw your consent to cookies. Write to info@lpn.nu; we reply within one month. Data required for accounting purposes cannot be erased before the end of the statutory retention period.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se), or with the authority in your own country, such as the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
