Booking contract, English version.

The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, along with this signed contract. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.

The balance of the stay must be paid in full no later than 15 days prior to the arrival date. If the Client fails to pay the balance by the agreed deadline, the stay will be considered canceled by the Client. The services will be made available for rent again, and no refund of the deposit will be issued.

For any booking made less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

• On the website peche-laponie.fr, the Client chooses the dates and options, then accepts these terms by ticking the box provided for this purpose. This online acceptance, followed by payment, constitutes signature of this contract within the meaning of Section 1.
• The deposit (or the full price of the stay in the case of Section 3) is paid by bank transfer or by card, at the same price, securely through Stripe. By bank transfer, the cabins are held for 5 days pending payment; the bank details and the reference to quote are provided to the Client. By card, the amount is first authorized on the Client's card, without being charged.
• The booking becomes firm and final when Lappland Pro Natur AB confirms it: automatically upon receipt of the transfer, or by charging the card. A confirmation is sent by email. Lappland Pro Natur AB usually replies within 48 hours, and at the latest within 7 days.
• If Lappland Pro Natur AB cannot accommodate the Client, or in the absence of a reply within this period, the card authorization is cancelled and no amount is charged; a transfer already received is refunded. If no transfer is received within 5 days, Lappland Pro Natur AB may cancel the request.
• Accommodation and leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases. The cancellation terms are those of Section 4.

• Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified in writing. The deposit paid remains the property of Lappland Pro Natur AB under all circumstances.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the total price is due.
• The Client may choose to pay the full price of the stay at the time of booking. If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the amount paid beyond the 50% deposit is refunded.
• In the event of a no-show 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the contract is terminated, the services are put back on sale, and all amounts paid are retained in full.
• Damage deposit and liability: A security deposit of 300 € or 3500 SEK (in cash only) is required for each boat. 1000 € in cash is required for the upgraded boats (Buster M or Quintrex 440). This deposit does not limit the financial liability of the Tenant. If the cost of damages exceeds the security deposit, the Client agrees to reimburse, upon presentation of the invoice, the full cost of repairs, replacement with new equipment, as well as any operating losses resulting from the immobilization of the equipment.
• Business liability (B2B): If the signatory is a legal entity (travel agency, tour operator, company), it acts as a guarantor and is jointly and severally liable for the payment of all sums due, as well as for all damages caused by its end clients on the premises.
• Capacity: Maximum 4 persons per cabin, 2 per aluminum/white boat, 3 per red boat.

The Tenant has 12 hours after arrival to report any anomalies. After this period, the property is considered to be in perfect condition. The Tenant agrees to leave the accommodation with clean and stored dishes, unmade beds, and a cleaned boat.

Lappland Pro Natur AB declines all responsibility regarding transportation (flights, road trips) to reach the camp. The Client agrees to comply with Swedish laws and local customs. Any serious breach may result in immediate exclusion from the camp without any compensation. Weather conditions do not engage the responsibility of Lappland Pro Natur AB and do not entitle the Client to any refund.

In case of late payment, a 10% penalty on the total amount will apply, plus a 7 € administrative fee per reminder. All collection costs, including collection agency fees (e.g., Kronofogden), attorney fees, and legal expenses incurred by Lappland Pro Natur AB to recover the debt, shall be borne exclusively and entirely by the debtor.

Lappland Pro Natur AB is exempt from any liability in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, flight cancellations). No compensation will be granted. We strongly recommend that the Client purchases comprehensive travel insurance.

This contract is exclusively governed by Swedish law. In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of this contract, the Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the French and English versions of this contract, the English version shall prevail.

• Professional liability insurance: Lappland Pro Natur AB is covered by a professional liability insurance policy underwritten by Länsförsäkringar Västerbotten. This insurance covers personal injury and property damage occurring within the scope of our services, in accordance with the conditions of the policy. Clients' personal belongings and their own personal liability are not covered by this policy.
• Travel guarantee (Resegaranti): In accordance with the Swedish Package Travel Act, Lappland Pro Natur AB has arranged a statutory travel guarantee with Kammarkollegiet. This guarantee financially protects our clients in the event of the company's insolvency.
